We have developed highly automated and reproducible analysis pipelines for some common analyses with simple experimental designs. We offer these analyses as bundles with a turn-around of typically less than one month, depending on the size of the experiment.
The bundles include all computationally heavy steps which are run on our high performance compute cluster. You will receive well documented outputs which can be processed on a standard laptop or desktop for further downstream analyses. Note that service mode does not include custom analyses or visualisation.
