We have developed pipelines for highly reproducible data analysis for common use cases with straightforward experimental designs. We offer these analyses with a turn-around of typically less than one month, depending on the size of the experiment.
The pipelines include all computationally intensive steps, which are run on our high-performance computing cluster. We deliver well documented results, which may be further processed on a standard laptop or desktop. Note that this service mode follows our 2026_Price_list_IBU_Bioinformatics_services_SNF_eng.pdf and does not include custom analyses / visualisations.
