Aparna studied Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Bioinformatics, and holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Life Sciences. She currently works as a Bioinformatic Analyst at the IBU, contributing to research, education, and tool development in computational biology. Aparna combines deep domain knowledge in molecular biology with advanced computational expertise to foster innovation and reproducibility in biomedical data analysis and to advance bioinformatics education.
